Terms of Reference (TOR)

i. Examine and identify public policy issues in the State;

ii. Organise open dialogues and debates on public policies members of the civil service, private sector, the academia, and NGOs;

iii. Identify public policy areas for research and conferences/seminars/talks;

iv. Put up recommendations for changes in public policies to the State to bring about better governance and the adoption of best practices;

v. Networking and linking with other public policy institutes locally and internationally to share knowledge, ideas and expertise; and

vi. Working with local institutions/organisations in the public and private sector, the academia and NGOs to create greater awareness and understanding of public policies.
